Buying from me
The items in my shop are ready for dispatch which I aim to do within 1-3 days of receiving your order. If you see something which you would like in a alternative colour or size I will try to do this but the dispatch time would be longer.
I crochet my items myself in my own home or in my summer house when the temperature allows!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
