Orders are usually shipped within 7 working days from the date of order.
Please note items are not shipped on a Saturday or Sunday.
All items are designed and made with love in the UK, with consideration for the environment.
All items are posted in protective packaging using Royal Mail services. If you require recorded or special delivery, please contact me before placing your order.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please be aware that any custom made items will take that little bit longer to arrive than other more standard items. I will do my best to keep you updated on progress.
Please note that due to the nature of any bespoke or personalized items, these cannot be returned or refunded.
Although I will do my best to help - It is the buyers responsibility to check for any spelling mistakes before submitting personalized details.
