I CCOnlineproducts am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

The heart-shaped plaque that I had done was excellent. The fact that you are sent a proof before the plaque is finally done ensures that you are getting what you ordered.

I spent a lot of time emailing the seller as it took a week to hear back that my order had been received, it then took another week to receive an email template of the personalisation. My order finally arrived on Monday just gone but I'm very disappointed by the picture colour as it is very dark and has a green colour all over the photo, I also purchased white writing and the colouring is a gold and beige colour so does not suit the other head stones at the grave it will put at. I have paid a lot of money to keep postponing the burial due to the length of time it took to receive the plaque and now I will have to spend more money purchasing another. I have emailed both the company and the seller with a picture to explain that I am not happy with my purchase but have not heard anything back. During such a sensitive time, you want to purchase items and have ease but placing this order has been far from easy and has brought on so much stress!
