I CCOnlineproducts am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.

• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I am in the process of having to initiate a charge back as I received the wrong item almost three weeks ago and have yet to receive the replacement or have the wrong item uplifted! I was meant to get the original order within 7 days. After 5 days I had to chase for a proof of the engraving. Do not believe the 7 days nonsense they promise. 18 days later the vase arrived - completely wrong colour, missing engraving! Contacted them straight away and they apologised and assured me a new vase would be engraved as a matter of urgency and sent to me priority and the wrong one uplifted. Here we are, almost three weeks after receiving the wrong item, and I still haven’t received my original order nor had this one uplifted. The seller has went silent after telling me an uplift had been organised for last Tuesday however, surprise, surprise, no one arrived! This vase was a temporary solution for my father’s grave until we could put up a headstone - the grave has now been left unmarked for way longer than it should’ve been. Complete lack of empathy at such a sad time, they’ve just added to my grief!

Folksy support have been good however even they seem powerless in making this company fulfill the order that I requested and paid for 5 weeks ago!

This was the worst purchase experience ever The seller made all sorts of excuses as to why my memorial plaque wasn't shipped to me. I was extremely upset as this was for my Father's memorial service. Paypal kindly refunded my money. Buyer be aware.

Sharon of CC Oline was very attentive to our requirements, and did her utmost to fulfill. The only comment I would make is that the description on the website states that the wording is deeply engraved in the granite, when it is actaully written onto the granite, which when I now look at the photo online, is evident. The real thing looks lovely - just hoping that this will stand the test of time.
