Lovley little plaque just what we needed for our memory garden.

Dear Sirs,

Unfortunately I have not received the oak plaque which I ordered at the beginning of July from cconlinememorials which is why I have not responded to your previous review communications.

I received an email from Sharon Coey saying that they would be on holiday until 17th July but no communication since then. I have also tried phoning and left a couple of messages.

It will be my mother's 15th Anniversary and our son's 18-month Anniversary on 18th August and I was hopeful that the plaque would be ready to place under the cherry tree we had planted in the Cemetery.

Are you able to help expedite this? I paid for the order at the time of ordering
