Our cat wanted a tree in the house so we build him one. The story of All Fur and Claws :)

After trying a few cat poles from the market, I realised there wasn’t a product out there that ticked all the boxes. I wanted something that:
1. Was practical and truly enjoyable for my cats to climb, play, scratch and rest on.
2. Looked like a beautiful piece of furniture something I’d be proud to have next to my sofa, in the middle of my living room, or even in the kitchen or bedroom.

TreeCat was born when I realised there wasn’t a cat tree on the market that was both practical for cats and beautiful enough to belong in any room of the home.

I started building the first versions at home, always testing them with my own cats. They absolutely loved climbing, playing, and lounging on the TreeCats V.1, which inspired me to keep improving the design. With every version, I focused on making it more durable, more beautiful, and more sophisticated while never losing sight of the main goal: creating something that cats genuinely love. We had a good start with our first variations of TreeCat V.1 on Etsy, however we weren't able to cope with the demand as Covid lockdowns made it impossible to continue.

Now that we are back, after four years and many prototypes, we are proud to bring you TreeCat V.2 which is the design you see in the shop today.

Each TreeCat is fully designed and handcrafted in the UK, using only high-quality, natural materials such as wood, natural sisal, birch plywood, fibreboard, carpet, and MDF. The result is a piece that blends seamlessly into your home while giving your cats the climbing, scratching, and resting space they crave. Something that you'd be proud to showcase and make space for.
