A hand embroidered free standing picture sewn onto hand dyed silk noil fabric in oranges and deep pinks
Using shisha glass , with trapunto style hand embroidered flowers using various stitches this is a one off piece.
A Simple embroidery style to highlight the beautiful colours of the fabric.
Embroidery size is 10 x 8 inches approx with added frame, finished size is approx 12 x 10
Framed in a quality antique pine free standing frame to enable it to sit on a sideboard, table or window frame, this could easily be altered to hang on a wall by adding hooks and string to the back. There is no glass to the frame as Trapunto embroidery is 3D padded embroidery.
It would make a lovely addition to a home or a beautiful gift for someone special, anniversary, new home or birthday.
