BOOK FOLDING PATTERNS: Emailed within 24 hours, with a free tutorial included. Please allow 48 hours for custom patterns
PHYSICAL ITEMS:Shipped via Royal Mail within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
RETURNS: Non-personalised items can be returned if damaged. Personalised or bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
You have 14 days from receipt to notify me if your item arrives damaged. If a replacement is possible, it will be sent; otherwise, you'll receive a full refund for one-of-a-kind pieces.

Unless faulty, the following items are non-refundable:
Personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items (including book folding patterns and book folds)
Personalised greetings cards (please check your spellings before you order)
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
