Buying from me
- My work is made in a small, local, community studio and therefore I cannot guarantee any requested items will be shipped the same week. Listed items will already be made and will be shipped the same week as order is placed from Torquay, Devon.
- Please do contact me if you have any questions regarding commissions. I am always happy to discuss this but do remember my pieces are all individual so no two will be exactly the same.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
