Buying from me

I create in small batches and photograph each batch when I list it to give the best representation of what you can expect to receive.

Each batch may vary in colour, blends, thickness.

Some colour combinations may only come up once and not be repeated.

I post orders within 2-3 days of payment and send with the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
