Buying from me
When you buy a piece from me, you are supporting my small Devon business. I will make sure each piece is wrapped safely so that it reaches you in tip top condition. I try not to use plastic, so wrap all my work on honey combe paper. It will them be placed in a box for its safe arrival. Thank you for each and every purchase, it means a lot.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All items can be replaced if received broken once proof of breakage has been received.
