Buying from me

You as the buyer are responsible for all customs and additional charges that may be incurred.

UK orders are sent via Tracked 48. Non UK purchases Royal Mail International Tracked is used.

I do commission work too so get in touch if you have a project in mind.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Sheets which have been creased, folded, or cut, have had glue applied to them or had any additional surface treatments which were not on the sheet when purchased (such as but not limited to waxes, paints varnishes and lacquers) are not accepted for returns.

Sheets produced to the customers specifications including custom sizes and colours are also not accepted for returns.
