Buying from me
I use acrylic yarn and cotton on either cheesecloth or monk cloth dependant on the size and design of the artwork.
Using with different size punch needles or a tufting rug.
All backings glued with PVA and Hot Glue.
I can do custom orders through messaging me but this will take 7 days to post out from day or order.
Shipping times for art already created will take 3 to 5 business working days.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Custom orders and orders placed from the perfectly imperfect sale collection are non refundable.
Sale items are non refundable.
