Buying from me

All products are unique and handmade by me, so no two gifts are alike, giving you something that is truly individual. I purchase as many of my materials as I can in the UK, i.e. charity shops and crafts stores, such as Hobbycraft. All wood used in my crafts is collected locally or whenever we find ourselves in another place, forest or beach. I despatch by Royal Mail, which usually takes 2-3 business days. I can also offer custom made products, should you require something with specific colours.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
