Buying from me
Please contact me for available areas. I make custom orders at no extra cost. Orders despatched within 3 days, carefully packaged in a cardboard box with recycled / reused inner packaging. Please let me know at time of purchase if you need your order despatched more quickly and I'll do my best to oblige. No additional postage charge for multi-item orders. I also supply smaller ships on rectangular bases as trophies for sailing clubs.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
