Hi, I'm Paula, the maker behind Say It With Wax. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches in Surrey using soy wax and premium fragrance oils. My candles are designed to make people laugh, smile, or say "that's so me". Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days and carefully packaged to arrive ready for gifting (or keeping for yourself!). If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
