Buying from me
Each piece begins as a quiet moment in my Yorkshire home Studio. I paint watercolour originals, create fine art prints and art cards, and gather letter writing sets for slow, thoughtful days. Your order is wrapped with care and sent to bring a little calm, colour and kindness into the world.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
My Returns & Exchanges Policy
I want you to be genuinely happy with the artwork you choose for your home. Because each piece is created with a great deal of care in my studio, I ask that you please read the following guidelines regarding returns.
Original Artwork & Fine Art Prints
If you are unhappy with your original painting or fine art print, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition and in their original packaging.
As I am a small independent artist, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once the piece is safely returned to my studio, I will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
Art Cards
Due to the nature of greeting cards, I am unable to accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Items
I take the utmost care in packaging my work so that it reaches you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately—within 48 hours of delivery—including a photograph of the damaged item and the packaging. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Please remember that I am a one-person studio. I check every piece carefully before it leaves my desk, and I truly value the trust you place in me by bringing my work into your home. If you have any questions about a piece before you purchase it—whether it’s about the colour, the size, or how it might look in a specific space—please don't hesitate to reach out.
