Buying from me
All pieces are made by me by hand in my studio or my individual wax pieces cast as one offs in the UK, to be finished by hand by me in my studio.
I make work in small batches to ship in 1/2 working days or to order with varying lead times so please note any lead times before ordering, to ensure a piece arrives with you when expected.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please note customised orders cannot be returned - such as Christmas baubles with personalised names. So please make sure to write your info correctly for any add-ons to ensure the correct details are used.
