The original kindle case i ordered was too small due to my own measuring blunder ! the seller was fantastic and agreed to swap the case for a bigger one for me ( which she had to specially make ) at no extra cost . I also changed fabrics , which she was fine with too , the exchange was done within a few days and the replacement is a perfect fit and super fabric :) Very happy with my purchase and the fantastic service from the seller , many thanks Felicity
