Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I use tracked shipping, so I am able to claim damage that may occur in transit. I Check the photo image colouring and clarity against my original painting and am happy with the likeness I see on my shop images.
Therefore if you should want to return the painting you will be liable for return costs. Refunds would be applicable providing there is no damage to the returned painting
