Buying from me
All items are handmade by me using reclaimed, repurposed, or deadstock fabrics, making each piece unique. I don’t take custom orders, but new designs are added regularly. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. I use sustainable, recyclable (and where possible, reused) packaging. Returns are accepted at my discretion — please get in touch if there’s a problem with your order.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I hope you love your purchase, but if there’s a problem, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted at my discretion and must be agreed in advance. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return postage (Tracked) is the buyer’s responsibility.
