When you place an order, I receive your name, postal address, and email address from Folksy. This information is used solely to process and deliver your order, and to respond to any queries related to that order.

I do not share or use your personal data for marketing purposes. Your information may only be shared in the following cases:

With Folksy to fulfil my seller obligations

With delivery providers to dispatch your order

Where required by law (e.g. for tax or legal purposes)

Your data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these obligations, typically up to six years. After this time, it is permanently deleted.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data is being misused.
