All pieces are handmade in our London studio using sustainably sourced timber. Ready stock ships in 1–3 business days; custom orders and engraving available — typical lead time 7–14 days. Tracked shipping and careful recyclable packaging included. Contact us for rush orders or wholesale enquiries.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All purchases are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. Custom or personalised items are non‑returnable unless faulty. Returns for standard items must be requested within seven days of receipt, and items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. Faulty items should be reported within six months; we will repair, replace or refund as required. Buyer pays return postage unless the item is faulty. Please contact us via shop message with photos and order details before returning any item.
