Buying from me
Everything is handmade by me with love and care. If it’s in stock, I’ll post it the next working day. If it’s made to order, it might take a little longer while I gather the right supplies. I don’t take custom orders, but each piece is made by hand and sent off to you as soon as it’s ready!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
