Delivery & Packaging
I post all orders within 2 working days via Royal Mail’s Tracked48 service.

Because many of my roses are sent as gifts, I don’t include receipts in the parcel. Each rose will arrive carefully packaged in a plain box with no logos, so the surprise is kept safe.

If you have any special requests, just get in touch - ’ll always do my best to help.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
