Buying from me
Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be crafted - every item is hand made to order.
Please ensure you give me the correct spelling for your chosen name. Longer names will be in a smaller sized font to fit the card, and that every card will be slightly different to the photographed samples.
I cannot accept returns on custom orders but I am very happy to show you a picture of your card before sending, please message me for this.
I ship by Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please be aware that I cannot accept returns on any items personalised with a name, however I am very happy to provide a photograph before posting to ensure your satisfaction with the item. Please message me to arrange this.
Normal Folksy returns policy applies to cards with standard family words - for example but not limited to 'Mum', 'Grandad', 'Friend'.
