Items are sent Tracked 48 in the UK and hopefully will arrive within 1-5 working days.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Hand-stamped personalised items with dates/quotes of your choosing cannot be returned or refunded if the details/size are incorrect unless it is a stamping error I have made. Please ensure the text you send me & any sizes are correct on purchase as this cannot be rectified afterwards. This is in line with the EU Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014.
Unfortunately, due to the new GPSR rules that came into affect from 13th Dec 2024, I am unable to accept any NI orders as these Regulations class NI as part of the EU and require sellers to follow the GPSR rules for sending to the EU. I do not ship to the EU due to the complexity of selling there since Brexit.
