Welcome to my shop, my name is Hazel Marshall. All items are handmade by myself.

Terms & conditions: Payment - please be advised that if payment isn't received within 3 days of an order being placed (& I have had no contact) I will then have to cancel the order.

Delivery - Unless stated otherwise, once paid for, all orders will be despatched within 3 working days by Royal Mail signed for 2nd class.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
