Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Any Saturday and Sunday orders will be posted on Monday. And bank holiday orders will be posted after holiday.

All orders are posted Royal Mail 48 hours. You can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 hours or Royal Mail before 1pm tomorrow service. As all orders are collected by postman from me, so it will be one day delayed.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

For all personalised items can not be returned for a refund once card has been done. If you want to cancel your order or any change, please contact us as soon as possible.
