Buying from me

Please message me if you have any specific requirements, such as extra long stems, I will always try to accommodate where I can.

My pieces are usually made to order so please allow me up to 5 days to hand craft your piece. Often it will be ready for dispatch sooner, and again if you need a rush order I will prioritise where I can.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
