Buying from me
Shipping – I normally have orders out within a couple of working days via Royal Mail. First class post for smaller items and prints, signed for or special delivery for larger originals.
Returns – please let me know within 14 days of delivery if you intend to return something. I only cover return post if an item arrives damaged, in which case the best thing to do is refuse the package at the door so it's sent straight back to me.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
