We aim to satisfy our customers as best as we can from giving option in verity of items available to getting custom made items, discounts on certain items, prompt delivery and response time for items currently available and a great customer service. For custom orders and preorder please get in touch with us for estimated delivery date as this would vary depending on type and quantity of items. We use royal mail standard delivery and express delivery can be provided on request.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
