Anything in stock I aim to send next working day, at latest within 2 days. All commissions I start ASAP, but this can be dependent on my work load. average waiting time is one to two weeks at the moment, but is longer at busier times: Christmas etc. Please feel free to message me to see what current waiting times are; or if you have an order you need filled within a time limit.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
