Buying from me

I generally ship the next day, but because I am disabled and I rely on pick ups by the postie and it has happened the postie forgot or the system didn't tell there is a pick up. I ship everything 48 tracked, but it doesn't mean it only takes 2 days. It might, it might not. Everything will be packed securely and safe in postal bags, boxes or cardboard backed envelopes.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
