Note: as I am away, processing times have been temporarily extended. Returning to normal Tuesday 22nd April.
Everything is custom-made especially for you! Unframed prints and greetings cards are printed and dispatched within one-to-three business days of receipt of your order. Button art and quilled creations take longer to make. Depending on the complexity of the design and how busy my shop is, they may take up to 14 days to complete.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
