Buying from me

Apart from the actual engraving, which is done on a CNC machine, all of the manufacturing process of our signs is done by hand. Signs that require painting are also done by hand,then they are oiled by hand and great care is taken over every process. Due to this signs take between 12-15 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
We do our best to deliver your sign to you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
