Buying from me

Each piece of jewellery is crafted by hand using traditional silversmithing techniques.

All materials used are obtained from trusted sources with ethical and corporate responsibility policies.

Jewellery is presented in eco friendly packaging: wrapped in recycled tissue paper in either branded boxes made from recycled fibres or in reusable cotton bags.

Orders are sent first class in fibre filled envelopes or recycled card boxes - all packaging is plastic free.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

For hygiene reasons I regret I am unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears.
