I love crafting and I feel the pain of trying to find a personalised item so I'm more than happy the personalise any item.
I also don't like to repeat my work so this means my items are a 1 of a kind however if the customer request more than 1 item then i will do this however they may not be identical.
I also like to make sure my items are as perfect as I can make them.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
