Buying from me

I try to make the process of buying my papercuts as quick and painless as possible! Please make sure you follow the instructions on the listing to make sure you know what the next steps are!

Turnaround time is variable, but I am really trying to get new orders out within 6 weeks, unless they are pre-orders. I can accommodate specific dates if given 10 working days notice.

I do not use any plastic packaging - everything comes in paper bags, and I use washi/paper tape rather than sellotape.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
