Arrived quickly and had been lovingly wrapped. Item well made, the colour is vibrant and fits my tea pot beautifully. A hand written note from Natalie ( the designer) was a lovely touch.

I was really delighted with the product and the service.The tea-cosy was just as it looked on the website, it was dispatched quickly and came with washing instructions attractively wrapped. I would have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again if looking for something unique.

Lovely cowl scares. I wondered if they would be big / long enough, but they are just right. Easy to wear they brighten up the neckline of winter coats. Warm, neat knit, great colours - I like the warm autumn shades. I like them so much - just bought more in different colours!

What great personal service. I fell in love with this knitted tea cosy as soon as I saw it. Such a cool design and great colour. I actually ordered it for my friend's birthday and had it posted direct to her.
