Max's customer services are as exceptional as her jewellery designs. I bought this gorgeous necklace but found the lobster clasp a bit fiddly for my elderly fingers. On contacting Max she swiftly replaced it with a magnetic clasp without any additional charge, not even for the postage. The whole process was almost as speedy as if I'd visited her in person and she kept me informed by text throughout. If only large commercial companies could be this efficient and helpful. I'm so impressed!

Lovely recycled silver stud earrings, arrived promptly, and beautifully packaged - nice tiny but solid cardboard box, very classy looking if giving as a gift. But these are for me, and I love them!
