All my Jewellery comes Gift Boxed and will be posted to you within 2 working days of payment using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery for UK customers and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for, for all other locations.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I make all my Jewellery strong and secure, and it really will not break easily. My pieces are made to last, and will last if looked after properly. However I recommend for some of my more delicate/dainty pieces, that they are not worn whilst sleeping or exercising in case of damage as no refund can be given for pieces that have been put under stress.
I use Natural Stones in my Jewellery, and certain natural stones can be affected/change appearance when coming into contact with fragrances, chemicals, strong sunlight, sea/pool water etc. I will advise in listings if special care is needed with certain stones, but please research the stone in your piece and make sure you know how to take care of it, as no refund can be given for Jewellery/stones that have not been cared for.
