Hi,
I am small business in the heart of Cornwall making and selling jewellery and gifts.
each piece is handmade by me in my shop and is unique and made with care and attention to detail.
If there is anything you'd like changed , ie colour size etc, this can often be arranged.
Every piece comes in an organza gift bag or boxed, usually sent second class.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

What an absolute star Jo is, I bought a beautiful necklace and the matching earrings were out of stock. I emailed her and she specially made a pair for me. She held onto the necklace to post them together to save me postage cost. Delivery was quick and items well packaged.
