Hi, I'm Jo. Welcome to my shop. In it you'll find unique, handmade garden designs including mosaic bird baths, and other garden decorations. All designs are my own and are created by me, so you'll be buying something pretty unique, which will suit any style of garden, from traditional cottage to modern contemporary.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns
Hopefully you will be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. If it is the wrong item, your return postage will be included in the refund, which will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item back. Please obtain a proof of postage in case of loss. If the item is damaged please send a photograph of the damage to me on my email jo@josara.co.uk and include if you would like a replacement sent or a full refund.
