Buying from me

All items are handmade by me from my home.
I use polymer clay which is surprisingly lightweight, and use hypoallergenic findings, stainless steel. If you require sterling silver then please let me know and I can amend items depending on style.
I will post out asap, but due to work this may not be possible until 5 days, and so this will be how it shows on listings.
Items will be placed in a box and depending on order this will fit through the letter box.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I cannot accept returns unless the item has been damaged due to hygiene reasons.
