I normally dispatch orders within 24 hours, using Royal Mail standard deliverywhich usually takes about 3 days.
Deliveries outside of the UK are also by Royal Mail, using their International economy delivery service which can be slow, from two weeks to 6 weeks usually. If you wish to receive your items more quickly, please message me before placing your order, so I can find the best delivery option for you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
