My privacy policy

I sarah Capper am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.

• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.

I had previously purchased the cat print and the swirly hummingbird at full price, I was not disappointed. When Sarah put some items at half price, well, I couldn't resist. The Pink Unicorn is so beautiful, from the sparkly shine of the horn (it's not glitter or sparkle) created by clever drawing, to the almost sad look in it's eyes, this is a beautiful piece. The detail and colours are fantastic.

Baby Elephant: What can I say. It makes me grin from ear to ear. I love elephants, baby ones in particular. The gently dappled ears, trimmed with beautiful flowers, overlaid, tiny, delicate and vibrant, I'm thinking this is Indian elephant, by the size of it's ears and the shaping. Each little elephant crease in the skin is filled with the tiniest of flowers, immaculately drawn. A must have.
Floral Crab: I bought this because my star sign is Cancer. This is fabulous. Again, beautifully drawn, perfect. Sea anenomes, sea flowers, seaside flowers, all painstakingly depicted on this piece of work. Truthfully, I'm not as fond of the colours in this one, I find them a little dark, but, of course, these are 'sea colours', not some wild depiction, but true, natural colours. I love it.
Sea Horse: Last but not least. What can I say! Beautiful hues of greens, yellows, ochre, red, cerise, turquoise and sea green, make up this beautiful item. Swirls of fronds of seawead give this piece movement, The eye of the seahorse is strangely cheeky, it feels as though it's looking at me asking am I pretty?, and the answer of course is, yes, yes you are little one.

I hope to buy an original piece from Sarah Capper, as soon as I am settled in my new home (not my temporary one, but my long term one), it will hang in pride of place. This lady's work is stunning. The greetings cards, prints, everything, worth every penny!
