Items will be posted within 3 days, usually sooner, by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If you would prefer to have your order posted 1st Class please add the Postage Upgrade option to your basket along with your other items.

Protective board envelopes are used for all cards to ensure they are as safe as possible.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

As each item is hand made please accept there may be some slight variations in design and colour from the photos.
