Buying from me
All of the items in my shop are loving hand knitted by myself. They are made with babies in mind and also include items for children up to the age of 10 with a 30 inch chest.
Some items are in stock and can be posted to you straight away but most will need to be made to your own specifications, these will take approximately 2 weeks.
If you only need part of a set then please contact me and I will be happy to help. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to ask.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact me within: 14 days of delivery with a photo showing any damage or a statement saying why you would like to return the item. Then send the item(s) back within: 30 days of delivery
Unfortunately, if you request a customised order, such as a different size or colour or if you ask to have a pattern that you have made up, I cannot accept a cancellation of that order, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
