I'm Claire and I create unique and beautiful handmade gifts and home decor inspired by my love of nature and the coast. My creations are my own design and are lovingly handcrafted to the highest standard. I used decoupage, sea glass and sewing techniques.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Refunds will be accepted within 3 days of contact and a clear reason must be provided before a refund is considered.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale
If a return is agreed, you must return the item to me within 7 days at your own cost.
I cannot be held responsible for any items damaged in transit as all items are packaged securely, however I am happy to assist where possible with any claim that is made against the postal service.
If when you receive your item you are not happy with it for whatever reason, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my very best to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
